This item is air operated (no hydraulics) and is designed to straighten up and square off filled bulk bags for more compact storage and shipping. Upon completion of inserting the bulk bag into the machine and operating the squaring platens, the bulk bag will be squared off and prepared for compact storing or neatly placing into shipping trailers or sea containers.
This unit has two squeezing platens on the sides for squeezing the bulk bag from the sides and one squeezing platen on the top for compressing the top of the bulk bag. All three platens are air cylinder actuated.
WITH LIGHT CURTAIN
Light Curtain: An electronically interlocked light curtain protects the bulk bag loading side of the system. When the light curtain beam is crossed, operation of the system is disabled and an amber stack light will flash to alert the operator. Light curtains are designed to work in combination with safety caging of the bulk bag equipment. Safety caging is not included in this offering.
